Dynamic Glass Modeling
Rapid Energy Modeling Proves the Case for Dynamic Glass on an SF Icon
This was an exciting, fast-paced energy analysis for a 700,000 sq ft corporate office building in San Francisco. We were tasked with modeling the energy impact of retrofitting the building's facade with dynamic glazing. We developed an innovative approach to model the building's iconic pyramid geometry and turned around the analysis in just four days, showing our client how the new windows could save an estimated $90,000 annually in energy costs.
